Even though Angel of Mercy is still in the process of raising funds to build the facility, we are currently giving services to those in need. Angel of Mercy, Shelter of Hope, will be providing a safe and confidential environment for women and their children who are in danger due to domestic violence. We will also house their pets. The staff will provide programs and services designed to empower, heal and help women learn to rebuild new futures free from violence for themselves and their children. During their stay at Angel of Mercy, residents will receive food, clothing, group and individualized support. Angel of Mercy will provide child day care for mothers who are employed. We will also provide on-site therapy for adults and children. A Transition Advocate will be designated to assist the residents as they re-locate and re-enter the community. Angel of Mercy will also provide a kennel for the victims/survivors pets. All the necessary care will be provided for the pets.
